Purchase Notes for LED Screen Modules

  1. Please ensure that you purchase enough LED modules and spare parts (3-5% extra) to construct the entire LED screen. This is because the same batch of LED modules will use the same batch of LEDs, ICs, and capacitors, ensuring consistent brightness, color temperature, angles, and software settings
  2. We typically have the conventional configuration led screen module in stock and can ship it within 72 hours. Customized items (Nationstar + ICN/MBI) require a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces and can be shipped within 15 days.
  3. Our LED modules come with free data cables(connect between two led moudles) and 5V power cables. Additional charges may apply for special cables.
  4. For orders over $500, our led module prices include ocean freight to your door (25-40 days), but does not include destination tariffs. If you prefer to use DHL (5-7 days), an additional charge of 10-15USD/Kg will apply. Please contact our sales team to obtain specific pricing.
  5. Our LED module comes with a free 2-year warranty. If it needs to be repaired, it must be returned to the factory, and the sender is responsible for the shipping costs.

Production Process of LED Modules

Step 1

Put the circuit board in the fixture and then place it under a gravity tool to flatten it to the same level.

Step 2

Use a tin brushing machine to evenly brush solder paste on the IC or lamp positions.

Step 3

To ensure quality assurance, use testing machines to check if the solder injection points on the circuit board have been coated with solder paste.

Step 4

High speed SMT machine: Our company’s high-speed SMT machine can produce up to 1000 LED display modules per day, ensuring timely delivery for our customers.

Step 5

Use reflow soldering to fix the leds, ICs, capacitors and resistors on the circuit board.

Step 6

To ensure quality assurance,after fixing all components to circuit board, Will manually test the performance of LED modules.

Step 7

Automatic Screw Machine: Use the screw machine to fix the circuit board with the bottom shell.

Step 8

Automatic glue machine: Using an automatic glue machine to glue outdoor LED screen modules to achieve IP65 waterproof level.

Step 9

The third door to quality assurance:Check the sealing condition of each module to ensure 100% waterproofing of the product.

Step 10

The fourth step in quality assurance is to manually test the performance of the finished LED screen module.

Step 11

Aging test: The finished led screen module undergoes a 48 hours aging test to ensure product quality.
